Jen Rios Headshot PhotoJen is an experienced marketing and communications leader and currently serves as Communications Supervisor at the Austin Board of REALTORS®.

With a track record of delivering impactful campaigns, she has worked with organizations such as the Forté Foundation, Avalon Travel Publishing, and the Texas Medical Association—where she led digital outreach to more than 55,000 physician members during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Known for her creativity and collaborative spirit, Jen thrives on bringing ideas to life, turning concepts into compelling stories that inform and engage. Her approach blends strategic thinking with a deep passion for clear, audience-focused communication.

Originally from Salinas, California, Jen moved to Texas in 2008. She studied Journalism, Mass Communication, and Liberal Studies at both Hartnell College and San Jose State University.

Outside of work, Jen is on a quest for the perfect taco, learning to play golf, visiting breweries with her women’s craft beer group, and enjoying time with her son. She is an active volunteer with the Friends of the Buda Public Library and serves as a volunteer peer mentor with the Women Communicators of Austin.
