Ronne Rock believes the most meaningful communication begins with listening. From there, it builds trust, creates a sense of belonging, and inspires people to move forward together. For more than 30 years, she has been passionate about discovering where an organization’s purpose meets the realities of everyday life.
From broadcasting and corporate marketing to nonprofit leadership, Ronne has helped organizations tell the kinds of stories that change lives, strengthen communities, and invite others into something meaningful. She believes stories don’t simply inform us; they shape us. Whether leading organizations or crafting stories, her work has always centered on revealing the human impact behind every mission.
Today, Ronne serves as Ministry Director for Partners in Hope, where she cultivates partnerships that connect churches, organizations, and neighbors with people seeking life-giving community. She is the author of four books, including One Woman Can Change the World, and is currently writing a field guide for those walking life’s long road, exploring faith, hope, love – and the grief and grace that pave the way.
Ronne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and has done graduate work in global initiatives at St. Edward’s University.
When she’s not working or writing, you’ll likely find Ronne and her husband exploring the Texas Hill Country, welcoming people to the table, or being managed by Eloise, the family pup who is convinced she’s in charge.
