Sissy Siero

Sissy Siero is the Austin-based Founder and CEO of Siero Media, a creative communications and storytelling company that helps organizations make complex ideas more human, clear, and actionable. For more than two decades, she has worked across corporate communications, talent development, podcasting, multimedia production, and culture change — partnering with organizations including Corning, Dell, American Express, Walmart, Microsoft, IBM, Bayer, Oracle, and Deloitte.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, story, voice, and human connection. At Corning, Sissy helped lead narrative-driven culture and inclusion communications, including an internal podcast ecosystem that amplified employee voice, vulnerability, and belonging. That work was later referenced by Harvard Business Review as an example of effective human-centered change communication.
Before building Siero Media, Sissy was a singer-songwriter, performer, voice actor, and on-camera talent. Her music career included catching the attention of Bruce Springsteen and touring nationally with seven-time Grammy nominee Joan Osborne. That performance background still shapes her work today: she brings a musician’s ear, a producer’s precision, and a deep understanding of what helps people feel seen, heard, and confident in their own voice.

As a mentor, Sissy is especially drawn to helping people strengthen self-trust, communicate with more presence, and recognize the value of their lived experience. She has mentored and taught through organizations including Girls Rock Camp, Grounded in Music, and F.I.E.S.T.A. FoundHer, and has spoken for groups including Texas State University, Women Communicators of Austin, and the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride Against Breast Cancer.
