Jenny Magic, our VP of Content Strategy, will be leading a discussion for the upcoming Get Smart 2013 Conference for Women Communicators in Austin. Her session, “Failure is for winners – Success stories after bumps in the road,” is an interactive group discussion on learning from the hard lesson of failure. Jenny knows that most successful entrepreneurs often cite a failure as a key turning point on their journey to success; Instead of being afraid to fail it should be looked at as an opportunity to learn and grow. She will also be discussing the balance between being aggressive and “feminine”.
