ScottIngram.jpgScott Ingram, Founder and CEO of NetworkInAustin.com, was on hand to talk with Freelance Austin members and guests about the importance of “old school” networking.

Yes, high tech and social media are here to stay, but so is talking face to face with potential clients and colleagues. And that’s right up Scott’s alley.

Scott’s company, NetworkInAustin.com is a business networking resource for Central Texans featuring an extensive calendar, networking tips and much more. Scott has worked with organizations large and small to help them with their Strategic Relationship Development efforts. He also speaks and blogs extensively about building and strengthening business relationships, developing referral programs and a variety of social media topics including: Blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and how to leverage these new networking tools.

When he’s not out nurturing his own networking relationships, Scott told us he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and two little girls (3 & 1).

We encourage you to check out Scott’s Business Networking in Austin Blog.
