Instead of our traditional panel discussion-style luncheons in March, AWCAustin tested out a new format. Finding inspiration from speed- dating, we took this idea and twisted it into our own speed networking event!
Over 60 women communicators from all over Austin attended this lunch, many of which were new faces or long-time AWC members who we haven’t seen in a while! Each attendee was given six different table topics and asked to choose their top two choices. Splitting the luncheon into 25 minute halves, we were able to enjoy a lovely meal, soak up some insight from our table hosts and still have plenty of time left for Q & A and personal networking.
