Nicole is an experienced content strategy leader with demonstrated skills in user-centered information architecture, systems thinking, content engineering, process design and client service to make a lasting impact. She has worked in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors, as well as being self-employed as a freelancer.
Nicole began her career in the nonprofit sector, acquiring a variety of skills, including major gifts management, grantwriting, editing, volunteer management, program development and event planning. As a freelancer, she focused on digital marketing and communications, honing her expertise in web writing, social media management, email marketing, public relations, product marketing and digital content management. Nicole then worked at several marketing agencies, building a content marketing program and serving as content focal for consutling projects for Fortune 100 and 400 companies. She continued to build upon her past experience as an information architect, working on projects related to website structure, SEO, content hierarchy, taxonomies and related topics.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing soccer, listening to live music and exploring Austin and beyond with friends and family.
