The Association for Women in Communications just announced this year’s Clarion Award winners. AWC Austin is proud to announce two of them went to Austin chapter members. Congratulations to Kate Johanns and Pam Losefksy on your awards!
Kate, the editor for the Association of Texas Professional Educators, received an award in the Magazine Regular Informational/Nonopinion Column category for ATPE’s News Tech Support column.
Pam, the owner Caret Communications, received an award in the New Website: Annual budget of $10,000 or less category for her work on the National Trauma Institute’s website.
Started in 1972, the Clarions honor excellence in more than 100 categories across all communications disciplines, including advertising & marketing, audiovisual productions, books & CDs, brochures, custom & special publications, education, fund development, magazines, major news events, newsletters, newspapers, online media, photography, graphics & design communications, public relations, radio, and television.
