Audrey is the Senior Associate Commissioner for Consumer Protection (CP) and the coordinator of the Texas State Disaster Coalition at the Texas Department of Insurance. She holds a degree in political science and a Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University and is a graduate from Harvard Law School.

Melissa Schenker is the principal and creator of Work/Life, a consulting firm that helps individuals achieve satisfying work situations and helps organizations overcome barriers to growth. She has worked as an internal management consultant for the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and as an operations consultant for Deloitte & Touche. Melissa holds an MBA from the Sloan School at M.I.T. and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
