Liaison Creative + Marketing has a career opportunity for a Marketing Program Manager to own the different stages of product launches for high-performance computer hardware used in consumer laptops. You will be part of an Austin-based team with global reach as you manage launches and the marketing lifecycle of products during their constant innovation. In addition, you will interface with marketing, sales, business units, and worldwide marketing teams to execute a range of marketing activities. If you have 4-6 years of experience in marketing program management in a large corporate setting, preferably focused on technology, OEM, or product launch, this could be an excellent career move. This is a full-time, full-benefits, ongoing role with some onsite (when safe) and some remote, based at the client’s Southwest Austin campus. • Work with a first-class team to define tactics and rollout plans across each phase of the product launch
• Manage the marketing lifecycle process aligning on customer readiness, mapping launch phases, and driving the successful transition between phases
• Host weekly meetings for core product and marketing teams on launch status
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks
• Schedule and gather content for executive status reviews
• Drive communication and process compliance for launch

How to be a top candidate for this job:
• 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing Program Management role. Alternately, progressively responsible Project Management roles in a related field
• Some combination of high-tech, product lifecyle or launch focus are a plus but not required
• Demonstrated success in project management with complex marketing projects for multiple regions or global teams
• Knowledge of the PC market or technology products a plus
• Technically curious with a desire to learn new technologies
• Bachelor’s degree

• Marketing Program Management fundamentals as applied to large and complex organizations
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Organized and able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• A customer-focused drive and personality that builds authentic relationships
• Strategic agility, drive for results, and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Microsoft Office with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
