Nicole collaborates with interdisciplinary teams of experience strategists, UX and UI designers, product managers, copywriters and developers as a Senior Content Strategist at Prophet to deliver digital experiences for enterprise clients that serve both user needs and business priorities. She has worked in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors, as well as being self-employed as a freelancer.

Nicole began her career in the international science department of the Nature Conservancy, where she soon moved into a major gifts position supporting the organization’s highest-priority cross-cutting initiatives during its first billion-dollar capital campaign. After moving from Washington, DC, back to Austin, she worked on environmental grants for parks, air quality, and community development in Travis County’s Transportation & Natural Resources Department.

In her next role, Nicole managed a district-wide peer mentoring program for middle school girls called clubGEN. She later worked as a freelance consultant for small businesses as a writer and marketer, including a seven-year stint covering the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

More recently, Nicole created the content marketing program for small and medium sized businesses at Monkee-Boy Web Design/Full Funnel Digital Marketing, serving as the agency lead in local SEO.
