Position Description:

DigitalMarketer is looking for an experienced, creative, and entrepreneurial Paid Media Manager!

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution and management of all paid media advertising for DigitalMarketer (e.g. Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). This includes raising brand awareness, generating more leads, and maximizing promotional efforts for DigitalMarketer’s products via target user acquisition campaigns.

This individual will have an expert understanding of digital analytics, in addition to each platform’s best practices and nuances, in order to help drive strategy and measure success.

The Paid Media Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing, graphics department, product department, and sales department to develop campaigns that support the overall marketing strategy at DigitalMarketer.

5+ years marketing experience; 3+ years of user acquisition experience
Expert in Facebook Ads, Google Ad Manager, YouTube Ads, and related tools
Expert analytical skills
Demonstrated experience driving cross-channel audience strategies and working on advanced targeting techniques
Demonstrated experience tracking ROI of ad campaigns (not just CPC) and experience in current digital measurements best practices and solutions (ex. multi-touch attribution)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple channel marketing activities simultaneously to help drive engagement
Knowledge of digital landscape and how paid media fits in the ecosystem
Ability to identify strategic partners for lead generation activities, e.g., mail drop, co-branded webinars, etc.
Ability to interface with partners to barter lead generation deals
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Highly self-motivated
