Director of Development, Notley Ventures –
Erin is a strategic professional whose experience spans public relations, marketing, program management and fundraising. She is currently Director of Development for Notley Ventures, a company serving as a catalyst for social innovation. She is primarily focused on raising funds for the expansion of Philanthropitch, a social impact fast pitch competition being rolled out in major markets across the U.S. Before joining Notley, Erin spent 15 years at The University of Texas at Austin in various roles including fundraising at the Dell Medical School, program management at the Business School, and communications at Texas Exes, the alumni association. She is a past president of WCA, a graduate of Leadership Austin’s Emerge Program and she participated in Leadership Women’s Leadership Pipeline Program.
Erin really enjoys working with students and young professionals to explore possible career paths and create action plans to get them on the right path. She is passionate about helping young women become confident leaders in their chosen careers and communities. She is also open to working with anyone who is trying to transition to to a new field or different role. Outside of work, Erin loves playing with her two children, and tries to spend as much time as she can being outdoors.
